Our flat rates are different for different services. Our hourly rate, for the most part, is 60 an hour. If we do a project that consists of one or more services, we draw up a contract and collect a 50% down payment before we begin work. The other half of the contract amount is due on completion of the project or 30 days from the initial signing of the contract (whichever comes first). After contract has been fulfilled by both parties, and you need extra little services here and there, we convert to hourly rate. We will estimate how long we will take on the mini services you want then you agree to pay the total after the hourly work is done.
