Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leasing of all kiosks, retail merchandising units and temporary in-line stores, prospecting for new tenants and achieving occupancy goals, coordination of retailer set-ups and ongoing retailer communication. Ideal candidate will have excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and closing ability. Regional travel required (25-30%), Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. We are seeking vibrant and committed professionals with a high level of professionalism, who adore a leading edge industry and thrive on the challenge of working in a high-energy business.
