Manage all software that interfaces or connects to the Predictive dialing system including but not limited to databases and web servers. Monitor, update and evaluate changes to dialer strategies, abandonment rates and phone data systems. Act as a point of contact for the resolution of technical problems with the predictive dialer. Issue daily communications, reports, operational performance evaluations and recommendations to management. Analyzing dialer's idle times, abandon rates, and performance objectives. Perform routine dialer maintenance tasks, adding, deleting users and system backups. Support special projects as needed. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Located in Doral (West Airport Area) Experience: 3+ years experience with DreamWeaver, HTML, .NET Web Applications Development.
