Company: The City Of Miami Job Description: PROCESS DESIGN ANALYST (This position is Exempt under FLSA) Salary Range: $52,859 - $82, 072 annually Closing Date: Friday, February 16, 2007 REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field and three years combined experience which must have included the review of existing business processes, identification or development of possible improvements to those processes, and the utilization of sound negotiation skills to reach agreement between organizational stakeholders on the method by which to achieve process and system improvements. Experience must demonstrate track record of working closely through the prototype and implementation phases of computerized information systems OR Equivalent combination of training and experience beyond a Bachelor's degree in any of the areas mentioned above. Experience as an Oracle Business Analyst using Oracle's e-Business Suite 11i (11.5.9 or higher), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and Visio are highly desirable.
