Company: CITY OF MIAMI Job Description: CITY OF MIAMI SENIOR PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE (This position is Exempt under FLSA) Salary Range: $55,477 - $86,150 annually Closing Date : Friday, January 19, 2007 REQUIREMENTS: A Valid Driver's License from any state (equivalent to a State of Florida Class E) Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Urban Studies, Planning, Economics, Architecture, Building Construction, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field and a minimum of 4 years experience in one or more of the following areas: planning, economic or community redevelopment, real estate leasing or development, land use, fiscal and economic impact analysis, preferably at the local government level. Master's degree is preferred. DOCUMENTS : VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE (CLASS E OR HIGHER) FROM ANY STATE AND PROOF OF EDUCATION MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION IN ORDER TO QUALIFY.
