We are currently seeking: WEB Applications Developer / HTML Programmer / Predictive Dialer Administrator Job Description: Exciting, fast-paced position. For this position, we are looking for a professional well versed in the development of Web Applications and HTML programming with DreamWeaver. The person in this position will be responsible for designing web applications in DreamWeaver to be used in our predictive dialer according to management specifications. We will train this person on maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our inbound/outbound predictive dialer and ACD systems in support of our Operations related to Call Center strategies and related projects. Responsibilities include the following: Candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit and new ideas to enhance the growth of our organization. Job Requirements: (Duties will include but not be limited to) Designing and implementing scripts, screen layouts and business rules using DreamWeaver and .NET. Building call tables and calling campaigns within the dialer. We will train on this. Generate, and distribute daily/weekly/ monthly reports covering strategy, dialer, agent efficiencies and daily lead list. Experience with MS ACCESS to generate high level management reports. Manage all software that interfaces or connects to the Predictive dialing system including but not limited to databases and web servers. Telecom / Dialer Experience Preferred, but we will train if needed. Manage Dialer Hardware as a point of contact for tech support and out IT department. Monitor, update and evaluate changes to dialer strategies, abandonment rates and phone data systems. Act as a point of contact for the resolution of technical problems with the predictive dialer. Issue daily communications, reports, operational performance evaluations and recommendations to management. Analyzing dialer's idle times, abandon rates, and performance objectives. Perform routine dialer maintenance tasks, adding, deleting users and system backups. Support special projects as needed. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Located in Doral (West Airport Area) Experience: 3+ years experience with DreamWeaver, HTML, .NET Web Applications Development. Expertise in Data extraction, manipulation and analysis with development tools such as Access, SQL, IIS, Crystal Reports, and Excel. Successful candidates should have a basic understanding of Predictive Dialer's, call centers, and associated appli�MD 11�- cations. We will train as necessary. Core Competencies: Excellent analytical skills and problem solving abilities. Strong initiative and the ability to anticipate problems and prepare for solutions. Time management, project management and leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must be able to work in a team environment. However, when necessary must be able to work independently, maintaining a high level of accuracy with minimal guidance.
